REFUND POLICY

United Soccer Alliance of Indiana Refund Policy for United Soccer Alliance of Indiana Recreation Registration Tuition.

There are no refunds.  Exceptions are made for injuries before mid-season (i.e. 5/1 and 9/15) and when there is no roster spot for wait listed players.  Often exception refunds are prorated. Refunds are charged an administrative fee of between 20%-50%.  Due to time constraints, all refunds are made after the season.

Uniform jersey and socks are $25 additional for those who need a new one. Only new players without. a reversible jersey need to purchase a uniform. Returning players use the same reversible jersey. Player provides his/her own black shorts.

Soccer Tots do not buy a $25 jersey as the tuition includes a soccer tots t-shirt.

Volunteer buy out is $35 per player additional.

Please check age chart here. The registration system will automatically place your child in the correct age group.

Is Tuition Assistance Available?

  • USA of Indiana Tuition Assistance is part of the Club's effort to allow all children to play soccer. It is not sustainable nor designed to allow applicants to play for free. There are a number of options you may pursue that may help you meet your family's specific needs.
  • If you are not able to pay over time using the tuition payment plan, the Club has limited Tuition Assistance opportunities. Each family requesting assistance must complete an online application from the player's registration form.
  • Tuition Assistance grants are partial amounts and are not guaranteed. Families are responsible to pay the amount not covered by the Tuition Assistance grant.
  • Requests for Tuition Assistance goes to the USA of Indiana Board of Directors via the "Tuition Assistance Application" for approval.
  • Earn money for tuition: USA of Indiana and Indiana Soccer Association offer Referee courses throughout the year.
  • Players could become referees and earn up to $60 each Saturday during Rec season.
