Summary for independent contractors to be paid by USA of Indiana
- All Coaches: Complete Criminal Background Check. A coach or manager needs to sign into his/her personal GotSoccer account. Background check is once each 2 years.
- All Coaches: Take Safe Sport Training online. A coach or manager needs to sign in to his/her personal GotSoccer account. SafeSport is each 2 years.
- Travel Coaches: Take HeadsUp Concussion Course online. A coach or manager needs to sign in to his/her personal GotSoccer account. HeadsUp Concussion is once every 2 years.
- Travel Coaches: Coaching Licensing. Supply to the Managing Director your highest licensing certificate and paperwork including agreement & W-9. If no licenses, please take both the US Soccer Grassroots Introduction Course (20 minutes)and the USSF 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, & 11v11 online courses. Send a copy of certificates to the Managing Director. - Travel Coaches: Take the Student Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Course. Submit certificate to Managing Director. It is a one time course. Take course here.
- Travel Coaches: Take USC Anti-Bullying/LGTBQ and Heading Courses. LGBT
